Following the death of King Sri Nawarathum, the Srisatchanalai Kingdom and Sukhothai began to weaken due to internal conflicts between Phra Maha Yod, who was committed to power and warrior strength, and Khun Bang Klang Hao, whose leadership approach remained uncertain. Amidst their power struggle, the Khmer leader, Sombat Chollat Lamphong, seized the opportunity to invade and establish himself as the ruler of Srisatchanalai and Sukhothai. This led to a split and a major war that threatened the future of the land. This film depicts a pivotal moment in Thai history, highlighting the sibling rivalry over the throne and external invasions, sparking the fight for independence and the eventual foundation of the Sukhothai Kingdom.
